10-Day “Give-It-A-Go” Return Policy (U.S. orders)

For paddles purchased on snappaddles.com and shipped within the United States, you get 10 days from delivery to take your new paddle for a spin. If it’s not love, you can return it for a refund—no hard feelings. We may ask why (so we can improve), but your answer won’t affect eligibility.

  • Return shipping: Customer-paid.
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable): Non-refundable.
  • Condition: Please return paddles in like-new condition (light court use is okay; major scuffs, chips, or cracks aren’t).

Modifications & Returns

Allowed (won’t affect your 10-day return):

  • Lead tape
  • Edge-guard tape
  • Overgrips added on top of the original factory grip

Will void the 10-day return:

  • Removing the original factory grip
  • Altering/removing the butt cap
  • Any handle mods (including PU inserts, drilling, or carving)

Effective date:Policies below apply to orders placed on/after[01/01/2026].

After 10 Days: 150-Day Limited Warranty (we’ve got your back)

If something goes sideways after the return window, we still have you. SNAP warrants paddles purchased from snappaddles.com to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 150 days from delivery.

  • Who’s covered: The original purchaser.
  • What we do: At our discretion, repairreplace, or refund your paddle if it has a qualifying defect.
  • What’s a defect: Clear issues like face delamination, core separation, or handle/neck failure that aren’t caused by misuse.

Warranty doesn’t cover

  • Normal wear and tear (surface scuffs, edge rash, cosmetic fading)
  • Damage from improper use (smashing the ground, other paddles, posts, etc.)
  • Heat/warping from storage (e.g., a hot car)
  • Commercial/rental use
  • Any paddle that’s been modified (e.g., grip removed, handle altered, injected, or capped)
  • Purchases from non-authorized sellers or used/second-hand paddles

Where this warranty applies

Currently valid for paddles delivered to U.S. addresses. (APO/FPO/DPO are welcome.) If you ship through a freight forwarder or ask a friend to forward your package internationally, we can’t be responsible for missing/incorrect items once it leaves the original U.S. delivery address.

How to start a return or warranty claim

  1. Find your order number and a few photos (overall paddle + close-ups of the issue).
  2. Submit the formsnappaddles.com/pages/warranty or email support@snappaddles.com.
  3. We’ll respond quickly (typically within 1–2 business days) with next steps and, if approved, instructions for return/repair/replacement.
