Paddle Care

To maintain that "Red Hot" performance and keep your Aramid Weave surface biting the ball like day one, a little maintenance goes a long way. Because Aramid and Carbon Fiber are high-friction materials, they naturally collect plastic dust from the ball, which can fill in the texture over time.

Here is a Paddle Care Guide you can add to your product page or include as a physical insert in your packaging:

Keep the Fire Burning: Inferno Care Guide

To ensure your Snap Paddle maintains its elite spin and structural integrity, follow these simple maintenance steps:

  • Clean the Surface Regularly: Use a dedicated paddle eraser or a soft, damp microfiber cloth after every few sessions. This removes the accumulated plastic residue from the pickleball, "re-opening" the Aramid weave to restore its original grit and spin.
  • Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Never leave your paddle in a hot car or in freezing conditions. Extreme heat can weaken the internal adhesives of the thermoformed core, while extreme cold can make the honeycomb structure brittle.
  • Dry the Grip: If your grip becomes saturated with sweat, wipe it down and allow it to air dry outside of your bag. This prevents moisture from seeping into the handle and maintains the "tacky" feel of the white grip.
  • Store in a Cover: When not on the court, always store your Inferno in a Snap Paddle Cover. This protects the triple-layer surface from scratches and prevents dust from settling into the fiber weave.
  • Quick Pro Tip: Avoid using household chemicals or window cleaners on the face of the paddle. A simple damp cloth is all you need to keep the Aramid looking and performing at its peak.

Precision Meets Control

The 16mm Advantage

By utilizing a 16mm core within a high-performance honeycomb thermoformed structure, this paddle prioritizes a plush, cushioned response that turns defensive resets into offensive opportunities.

  • Extended Dwell Time: The 16mm profile allows the ball to compress deeper into the paddle face, increasing the duration of contact for unparalleled touch.
  • Vibration Dampening: The thicker honeycomb cells naturally absorb kinetic energy, reducing "feedback shock" and providing a more stable, consistent hit.
  • Enhanced Spin Control: Longer contact time means more friction between the ball and the carbon fiber face, allowing you to grip and rip the ball for aggressive topspin or slicing dinks.

Triple-Layer Surface Integration

Aramid Weave + Carbon

Go beyond standard surface technology with a sophisticated Triple-Layer hitting face. By layering a specialized Aramid Weave over a Dual-Layer Carbon Fiber base, we have engineered a paddle that balances extreme durability with refined elasticity. This composite architecture creates a "trampoline effect" that is perfectly regulated. This brings the stiff, explosive pop of carbon fiber with the dampening, high-friction characteristics of Aramid.

  • Reinforced Power Base: The two underlying layers of high-modulus carbon fiber provide a rigid foundation, ensuring maximum energy return and structural "snap" on every drive.
  • Multi-Dimensional Grit: The Aramid top layer features a distinct interlocking pattern that works with the carbon layers to bite into the ball, generating elite levels of spin.
  • Structural Longevity: Dual carbon layers prevent the "core crush" common in thinner paddles, while the Aramid shield protects against surface micro-fractures and grit degradation.
  • Optimized Flex Rating: This specific combination of materials allows the paddle to flex just enough to absorb heavy power shots while remaining stiff enough for clinical put-aways.
  • Thermoformed Unibody

Seamless Power & Durability. Forged with heat and pressure, our unibody design flows from the face through the handle. This eliminates weak points, expands the sweet spot, and ensures maximum energy return on every strike.

  • Aerodynamic Hybrid Shape

Reach Meets Speed. The best of both worlds. Our hybrid silhouette offers the extended reach of an elongated paddle with an aerodynamic curve for lightning-fast hand speed at the kitchen.

  • USAP Approval Pending

Engineered to Compete. The Inferno is built strictly to USA Pickleball specifications for surface grit, dimensions, and core performance. We are currently in the process of acquiring official USAP certification for sanctioned tournament play.
