FAQ

SNAP Paddles — Frequently Asked Questions

Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship from and how fast?

We ship from the U.S. Most in-stock orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking email the moment your label prints.

How much is shipping?

We offer free-shipping thresholds (shown in cart) and real-time rates at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reply to your confirmation email or message support@snap-paddles.com and we’ll do our best to catch it.

Do you ship internationally?

We’re rolling out regions in phases. If your country isn’t available yet, email us and we’ll try to help. (Heads-up: freight forwarders can limit support/warranty after the parcel is forwarded.)

Returns & Warranty

What’s your return policy?

We offer a 10-day “Give-It-A-Go” return window for U.S. orders placed on snappaddles.com. If it’s not love, return it in like-new condition for a refund (you cover return shipping). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

What’s covered under warranty?

Your paddle is protected by a 150-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., face delamination, core separation, handle/neck failure) under normal use. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and excludes normal wear, abuse, heat warping, modified paddles, prizes, and non-authorized sellers.

How do I start a return or warranty claim?

Visit the Warranty Page (or email support). Include your order number, a quick description, and photos of the issue. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.

Will adding lead tape void my return/warranty?

No. Lead tape, edge tape, and overgrips over the factory grip are allowed. Removing the factory grip, altering the butt cap, or modifying the handle (inserts, drilling, etc.) voids returns and may void warranty.

Approvals & Legality

Are SNAP paddles USA Pickleball (USAPA) approved?

Not yet—pending. We are in the process of submitted our paddles to USA Pickleball and are awaiting final approval. We expect to pass all testing, and once official, the paddles with the approval logo will hit the store. We’ll update customers immediately when approval goes live.

Specs, Feel & Care

What’s the weight range and tolerance?

Each model lists a target range and a small tolerance (manufacturing variation is normal). If you need a specific swing-weight/feel, note it at checkout—we’ll try to match.

How do I care for the paddle face and edge?

  • Wipe carbon faces with a paddle eraser or soft cloth; avoid harsh cleaners.
  • Don’t leave paddles in extreme heat/cold (like a hot car).
  • paddle cover and edge guard tape help extend life.

Do SNAP faces use raw carbon, hybrids, or fiberglass?

Check each product page for the face composition (e.g., raw T700 carbon or hybrid layups) and core thickness. We publish the details so you know exactly what you’re getting.

How long should a paddle last?

Lifespan depends on hours played, environment, and hitting style. Regular players often replace a main paddle every 6–18 months; casual players can go much longer.
